The webinar will highlight the opportunities that the pest control industry offers people looking for new roles and routes to join the profession.

It will include initiatives, such as the Syngenta/NPTA 5<25 Professional Futures to encourage the next generation of pest controllers, along with the NPTA's the Armed Forces Programme and the new Pest Control Career Hub.

Other new initiatives are aimed at supporting those over 25 looking to get back into employment.

Speakers will include Kevin Lawrenson, NPTA CEO; Richard Moseley, Business Manager of Syngenta (above) and a representative from the RSPH.

Bryn Crofts of Lancashire-based SC Pest Management (below), one of the current 5<25 candidates, will share his experiences of entering the industry, along with an ex-military pest controller who will discuss their personal journey, from the armed forces to becoming a business owner.
