5<25 Professional Futures finalist in top Trade Association Awards
The Syngenta and NPTA 5<25 Professional Futures initiative, for advanced training of young people in the pest control industry, has been shortlisted as a finalist for the 2026 Trade Association Awards.
The Trade Association Awards, supported by the Department for Business and Trade, recognise, reward and promote best practice among trade associations in the UK.
This prestigious award ceremony is eagerly anticipated by trade associations across the UK, as a chance to showcase their hard work and achievements.
Spearheading the 5<25 Professional Futures initiative with the NPTA, Syngenta Professional Solutions Business Manager, Richard Moseley (above left with the NPTA team at the Awards), said: “The pest control industry faces a significant threat in retaining bright young people to stay within the industry.
“The Syngenta NPTA 5<25 Professional Futures initiative provides a route to further develop young individuals within NPTA member’s businesses and offer them a positive incentive to build a lasting and lucrative career.
