The National Pest Awards 2025, sponsored by Syngenta, has moved to an amazing new venue for the glittering awards' ceremony - Old Trafford Cricket Ground in Manchester.

Organised by Pest magazine, the categories for pest management businesses and individuals that will be presented on the night include:

Large company of the year	Pest controller of the year
Small company of the year	Young pest controller of the year
Sole trader of the year	Sustainability initiative of the year
Local Authority of the Year	Innovation of the year

Along with the Diversity & Inclusion Award, sponsored by Syngenta. This award seeks to reward a pest management company that recognises the importance of diversity across their business, taking one step further by actively tackling inequalities and removing barriers.

The judges will be looking for a company that has created an inclusive workplace in which all employees of all backgrounds and beliefs are valued with special measures adopted to promote diversity across gender, race, age and to include those with disabilities.
