Syngenta and the NPTA have teamed up to offer five young pest controllers under the age of 25 the opportunity to gain their RSPH Level 2 Award in Pest Management training qualification. The 5<25 Professional Futures training initiative promotes continued professional development for NPTA members and a route to continue their career through the industry.
The initiative is available to any members of the NPTA under the age of 25, either as a self-employed pest controller or part of an established business team.

Successful selected candidates will also benefit from additional NPTA training and the opportunity for business and professional mentoring from established leaders in the pest control industry.
