Syngenta and the NPTA have teamed up for the second time to offer five young pest controllers under the age of 25 the opportunity to gain their RSPA Level 2 qualification. The 5<25 Professional Futures training initiative promotes continued professional development for NPTA members and a route to continue their career through the industry.
