Not only are German cockroaches public health pests, but they can be incredibly difficult to get rid of and can cause problems all year. Pest control operators (PCOs) need a reliable product that can stand up to these problematic pests. That’s why Syngenta offers Advion®Cockroach Gel bait with a highly attractive formulation that provides excellent control of several species of cockroaches.

Advion Cockroach Gel features the active ingredient indoxocarb to provide targeted control of all prevailing pest species of cockroaches, including German cockroaches. Because the active ingredient is bio-activated, it can differentiate between target insects and non-target organisms, providing peace of mind for your customers.

The bait matrix in Advion®Cockroach Gel is highly attractive to cockroaches and has demonstrated high consumption rates. It’s been shown to attract cockroaches, even in competition with other food sources. While some baits can become unappealing to cockroaches over time, Advion Cockroach gel was designed with technology to specifically overcome bait aversion. PCOs can expect to see results, even in bait-averse species like German cockroaches.

Advion®Cockroach Gel also provides PCOs the flexibility to use it on a variety of accounts. As it is labeled for indoor and outdoor use and in food-handling establishments, PCOs can strategically place the bait where it can most effectively target the infestation.

For successful treatments, PCOs should also follow the following tips:

  • Encourage customers to keep their properties clean and sanitary
  • Remove competing food sources and water supplies
  • Eliminate clutter to remove hiding places

Take a stand against German cockroach populations with the effective and long-lasting power of Advion®Cockroach Gel. For more information, contact your country business manager.
